Accent Marketing, LLC / New Engagement Center

Jeffersonville, Indiana 

A fresh new engagement center prototype was designed “to provide an engaging experience for employees, clients the employees represent and the clients’ customers through creative design elements, unique space planning and community feel” – Kelly Hilton, VP of Corporate Communications for Accent.

After being provided with the developer’s initial version of a plan (see original BEFORE plan) we were asked to rethink the design of the entire layout with the client’s design objectives:

  1. Efficient space utilization.
  2. Foster a sense of community for employees to be part of a broader Accent Community, noting the “town square” aspect of the new plan.
  3. Having client “neighborhoods” in the space planning of the furniture, noting the changing orientations of agent rows in each region of the center.
  4. Flexibility of furniture and space utilization.
  5. Functionality of layout affording clear lines of sight from Workforce Management Platform.

Bright colors and tall ceilings with exposed structure, HVAC and lighting create a vibrant, modern look throughout the facility.
