With aggressive plans for expansion, this financial advisors firm needed a new office space that would be designed not only large enough to accommodate  more staff but also to be a facility that would distinguish them from their competitors. A design concept that was brighter, fresher and more mod-ern than their existing home in many ways:

  1. In order to gain more efficiency of space utilization a more open office environment replaced the individual private offices most of the staff conducted business in at their previous location. Much analysis was provided up front in order to determine the ideal strategy for planning the types of spaces and how they’d be arranged to support increased communication and collaborative work style among client-based teams that the old facility stifled.

  2. A central two-story entrance lobby was created by modifications to the building structural design and erection that was still in progress when we entered the project. This in turn was encircled with a variety of meeting rooms and the food and beverage service functions to support their concierge attitude towards the client experience.

  3. The Interior Design aesthetic was very clean and neutral with “pops” of colors in the right places. In balance, a projection of comfort and warmth was required at the same time in order to not appear too “hospital-like” in the managing partner’s words.
